The Speedmaster Moonwatch is one of the most iconic watches in the world. This legendary chronograph, carried by astronauts on each and every one of the six moon landings that took place, is an impressive symbol of OMEGA's pioneering spirit.
In this two-tone 42 mm model, made of noble steel and 18 qt Moonshine™ gold, sapphire crystal has been used for the front and caseback. Inspired by the 4th generation Speedmaster style worn on the Moon, it features an asymmetrical case and black ceramic bezel ring with its tachymeter scale and the famous “dot over 90” (DON) at OMEGA Ceragold™.
The white, sun-brushed silver stepped dial features applied OMEGA indexes and logo, plus 18qt Moonshine™ gold hands and galvanically treated 18qt Moonshine™ gold subdials, including a small seconds hand, recorder 30 minutes and another 12 hours.
The watch is mounted on a brown alligator leather bracelet and its heart is the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 3861 movement.
